1. Building a Constructive Community

At NHA Wire, we believe that rigorous debate and the exchange of ideas are essential to a healthy society. We welcome your comments, insights, and critiques on our articles and social media channels. However, we are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and constructive environment for all our readers.

These guidelines apply to every platform where NHA Wire hosts a conversation, including our website comments, forums, Facebook page, X (Twitter) feed, and LinkedIn page.

2. The Rules of Engagement

We encourage you to speak your mind, but we ask that you do so responsibly.

✅ We Encourage:

Civil Debate: Disagreement is natural. Attack the argument, not the person making it.
Relevance: Keep your comments related to the topic of the article.
Expertise: If you have personal experience or expertise on a subject, please share it.
Sources: If you are refuting a claim, providing a link to a credible source helps the conversation.

❌ We Prohibit:

Hate Speech: We have zero tolerance for attacks based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
Harassment & Bullying: Do not threaten, stalk, abuse, or intimidate other users or our journalists.
Personal Attacks: Name-calling, ad hominem attacks, and insults are not permitted.
Doxxing: Never reveal the private personal information (home address, phone number, etc.) of another user or public figure.
Spam & Solicitation: Do not post advertisements, promotional links, or repetitive copy-paste messages.
Disinformation: Deliberately spreading proven falsehoods or dangerous medical misinformation will result in removal.
Graphic Content: Do not post pornography or gratuitous violence.

3. Moderation Policy

NHA Wire reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.

Pre-Moderation: On sensitive topics, comments may be held for review before appearing on the site.
Removal: We may delete comments without notice if they violate our standards.
Banning: Repeat offenders will be banned from commenting. In extreme cases (such as threats of violence), we may report the user to law enforcement.

4. Abuse of Journalists

Our journalists work hard to bring you the truth. While we welcome criticism of our reporting, we do not tolerate abuse directed at our staff.

Threats of violence against NHA Wire staff will be taken seriously and reported to the authorities.
Campaigns of targeted harassment (brigading) against our writers will result in immediate bans for all participants.

5. User-Generated Content

If you upload an image or video to our site or share it with us:

You must own the rights to that content.
You grant NHA Wire a license to use that content in our reporting.
You must ensure the content does not violate anyone else’s privacy or copyright.

6. Reporting Violations

We cannot read every comment instantly. We rely on our community to help us maintain standards. If you see a comment that violates these guidelines, please do not engage with the troll. Instead, report it:
